Yip, there's no data or evidence, Patch'

Just conjecture and skeptical opinion and high-dosage cynicism, which is highly understandable.

The Dawg works mighty hard

And the Skyborgs are a obsessive compulsive millimetre marginal pains gains kinda outfit.

Time will tell.

For now, The Dawg is clear.

Things like attacking seated versus standing on a climb and the difference drags makes on power output...

Most will know this by now but that's the reason Chris attacks mostly seated on certain gradients(lower). They tested the impact of an 30kph attack seated versus standing on power and found the difference was big enough to warrant him actual working on it over and over again until he could generate the right power in the saddle.

You have to appreciate attention to detail like that and the advantage it gives him.

I just finished reading The Secret Race, I need somewhere to use my new found knowledge, my wife is bored to death with it and is sick of sparkling water.

That's so funny - my missus knows all about my sparkling water 'habit' as well!

She's finally resigned herself to the fact that she needs bring home an armful of 2L bottles every time she goes shopping :D

So still no constructive argument to support statements that Froome is dirtier than the others?

Nothing at all....

Supposed to 'fool' your stomach into thinking it's full.

Drink a litre (or 2) at bedtime with three sleeping tablets - tummy feels full and you sleep till breakfast. No chance of waking up with hunger pains and having a sneaky snack.

I wonder how much drag Froomey's elbows create

#marginalgains

probably a bit but this is offset by the lift and forward propulsion the flapping arms generates.

VA wil be offering a product called Ye Avian Arms shortly. Watch this space
