Website or app to analyze training and workouts?

What app and or website do you use to analyze your training data?

I run, mtb and swim and currently it uploads to garmin connect and then to strava.

Strava i use purely to measure me and my riding buddies against each other on segments.

But now i want to use GC or another site to deeper analyze my training to gain more benefit.

Any advice?

GC is great, but provides way too much info/data/power for my understanding, so something like TrainingPeaks is also good (but not free for the level of analysis you're looking for I think).

You should also expand how you use Strava. On premium it is useful to delve into the Analysis tab in a web browser for an activity and their Fitness&Freshness chart is pretty much equivalent of TP's Performance Management Chart.

Training Peaks is great. You need to upgrade to premium to get all the cool stuff, it's a bit expensive but it's worth it. Both the website and app are user friendly yet very detailed.

Give it a month trial and see.

Golden Cheetah gives you pretty much the same info as training peaks (and is free).  Graphics don't look as smooth as TP, but the info is there especially if you want to follow your PMC

You can also upload all your garmin connect files one time.  Here http://www.sideburn.org/garmin/ you can download all your garmin connect files since the beginning into a tcx zip file which can be imported to Golden Cheetah

My only gripe (maybe I've missed something) with Golden Cheetah is that it does not translate my runs to "effort", so rather stuffs up my training load indication.

If there's a setting to get that going, I'd love to start using it again! WKO uses pace and at least derives some form of effort from that, however far off that may be when trail running...

I use TrainingPeaks really like it. Did the free trial and then signed up for a month. I'm starting with a coach now who's connected to it, so I'm not going to use it any more but my coach says he will send me screenshots of my performance management graph from time to time.

I also use Strava (free) and Garmin Connect. They all have their uses.
