You get a proof that that money is waiting to be paid over. You are then asked to send the $300 dollars via Western Union to an account. Once that is done, the whole deal gets unlocked and you get the money for the bike + the 300 dollars appears in your account.

Is it illegal to scam a scammer?I has someone try one with me and noted he lived in Swellendam ...... came very close to saying I have a "friend" who is able to take my bike there, but needs R300 for petrol before coming (Send him/her charities banking details) ..... or the other option was to send a message saying to meet me a the whatever petrol station 14:00 sharp ... then obviously never pitch.
