Because they usually take requests... on this site... for sale items and you've got a lot of keen people wanting to spend money with you on exact things so it's not like you're going to miss out if you want to take the sale. They don't have to listen and can rollout something different but people are perfectly entitled to ask considering previous form, sales and CWC's history of interaction with their customers here on the hub that has helped build them a lot of loyalty. They can also gauge if they would get a nice spike in sales if they run another request sale in the future.
