How to get hold of EMS

Can someone please assist.

 

Ive got a parcel inbound from the UK with a royal mail tracking number.

 

How on earth can I get the SA tracking info. Who can I contact. Who has a contact.

 

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I've been able to track the original number on the sapo site once it comes into the country. Never succeeded in getting a local tracking number.

Try tracking on www.17track.net

enter your international tracking number into the SAPO box. If they've registered it already, then your package including the local tracking number will show up.

Phone Track & Trace. Tel then your incoming number  and they will give you the local number.

One warning. Be patient. Sometimes they take quite a while to answer. EMS depot is located next to OR Tambo at the Emperor side.

I've only ever been able to get hold of them first thing in the morning, I think they open at 7am.

They give you the local tracking number of your parcel once it reaches here. I use it all the time.

 Hmmmm maybe I shouldnt tell you guys this. The line will be busy all the time now.

I finally got through to JIMC after week of try. 

 

Im waiting for parcel that landed 15July in JHB but still no local number. They say there is a massive backlog. Probably todo with their system being more offline than online.  You could hear the girl at the other end did not know what to say anymore.
