They have a habit of hitting me in the back of my head every time I try to do something cool.

 

I have a little elastic loop on my bottle cage which I use as a bottle leash. It really works.

 

Also....... Weight on your back puts more pressure on your bum over a long period of time, hence the reason bike packers put weight on their frame... same weight, different end game
