Every sigle time I went to his shop looking for hens teeth, he went to the trouble to search his drawers or the rafters in an effort to find it, or something that could be made to work, or came up with an out-of-the-box idea to get the desired result. He also sold me old Campy bits that people normally hoard, and he refused to sell me old Shamal rims that I gladly would have bought, but then showed me the nearly invisible crack that I missed myself. That's why I voted for Niels. Oh, and he always asks how my dog is when I visit the shop!
