Hi all

 

It seems I need to qualify this year, hehehe been out and haven't done any races....

 

Understand the entry fee is R310 for the race.

 

Does anyone know what the potential qualifying races are and their costs?

If u mean seeding, then all racetec timed events until end of September will be used..

 

Or if u use their reseeding system when the seeding is released, they will use any results you provide them with based on their discretion..

yes all your racetec timed events will be used. There will be a penalty if its old.

Like Veebee, You get a penalty on your index once the race is I think 6 months old.

Speaking of 947, has anyone else noticed that they included a nice new part.

I think kayalami maybe wants the start/finish back there eventually, thats why they are including it again in the route. That or they just have a lot of money to make the route a bit more dangerous.

I would still like to know how they will logistically get that many riders into & out of Kyalami.

The new tunnel is only two lanes, and not wide enough to take bi-directional cycling.

Most of the other roads around Kyalami are only one lane wide, except the old access road to the pit complex.

Dear all,

 

I will be riding the 94,7 this year, coming from Italy and I need to rent a racebike, 58cm or 60cm, should be safe to ride (weight 91kg).

 

Does anyone have a bike standing unused in the basement or know a shop where to rent one or wants to sell one for max R2500?

How to get racing fit, and rid myself of 8kgs in 7 weeks. Any advise on how to get fit enough, from an effective base of approaching zero, so I might hang with the licensed groups?

I left my wife and dropped 10khs in 8 weeks from stress of that helps , and did my quickest lap of the cradle ever this last weekend . Extreme I know , depends how much you want it though????
