How safe is Total cycling

Hi all i see they selling the 520 for a bargain. Will it be safe to buy from them? What will i pay exstra when i get it this side?

Total Cycling is totally safe.

I have used them lots, But if you need to phone them spend a week in an Irish pub first or you will not understand a word.

Site shows that they ship in 8-15 days; so I'm sure the are awaiting stock (or don't keep stock, but order in as needed)...

I ordered on 5 Sep and picked up on 28th from Capemail in Goodwood. The delay came with customs in JHB and it sat in container here for a week before being cleared. There is such a huge influx of goods it takes them forever to actually get it scanned. I thought once it showed on tracking it was in Cpt I could collect within a day or two. Nooit gesien, ek moes wag.

 

On the plus side prices are competitive. CRC beats them though with free shipping so work out your prices carefully. Strangely enough, 1 small item is normally R142 postage and when I added a second item it was R440 for 2 items.

For anybody that used their royalmail option any suggestions on tracking. They sent a tracking number but royal mail the tracking site is not very useful at all!

Had the same problem, could not track parcel; seems to be the cheaper rates.......Parcel took almost a month, send emails, they were very slack with answering. Eventually I asked for a refund to which they answered quickly. Fortunately my parcel got delivered the same afternoon.....

Been waiting for parcel from them ordered on 19 September. Parcel track shows it was posted on 20th. EMS tracking shows its on its way. Spoke to Capemail this morning and they said it arrived at JHBIMC on 22nd and as yet no local tracking number has been assigned. Its a madhouse in Jhb according to Capemail.

Have a parcel that arrived on 27 September, last recorded at customs on 30 September... still sitting there!!
