yeah before duties and tax , and that is only if you wait 2 months for the SAPO , if you take DHL I think its R450 extra(don't quote me on that)

Still waaayyy cheaper than I've seen anywhere locally. A saddle, 2 fatbike rim strips, 2 TL tyres ordered on Friday with DHL for R439 extra, so pedals only will be substantially less.

I ordered twice from CRC in last month and goods were collected within 3 weeks max on their free postage option. It's been 4 weeks now and I am still waiting for a part from Totalcycling via Royalmail. Tracking shows it hasn't even entered the country yet. I have emailed JIMS and inks, nada, nothing.

I've got a pair of Saints that I bought last year November and used for only two months (after dislocating a knee) if anyone wants to buy a pair at R650 ish.

Better hope that saddle slips through customs radar else you paying a substantial load of duties on it over 60% in total with vat and duties all for a piece of stupid material.

Why is there +60% import duties on a saddle? Is it not treated the same as other cycling parts/accessories?

Tariff heading 8714.95 is specifically for bicycle saddles, and they are duty free. Malpiet, if you were smoked with +60% duties on a saddle, I feel sorry for you!

Shimano Saint pedals for R640-ish! R300 cheaper than mine of 2 months ago, for anyone that is looking for kick-ass flat pedals

Landed cost should be around R760 including tax. (if zero extra for shipping option is selected)

Good price for a new set of Saints!

Just got DHL invoice where 2 x rim strips and tubeless tape attract 22% general duty, and saddle, etc. are duty free
