Joeboy69 Posted July 14, 2017 Posted July 14, 2017 For how long do they spin after a stage as part of recovery? Different theory to rugby ice baths?
Zorro5614 Posted July 14, 2017 Posted July 14, 2017 Meintjies up to 9th overall now He would need to take more risks if he wants to take White. He did not want to take up the challenge as Yates went with Martin

Cav' Posted July 14, 2017 Posted July 14, 2017 Very happy Barguil got his win after the disappointment the other day. Berto had a superb day, think he'll definitely try again in the Alps. Sky looks rattled and Aru played it smart.

Meintjes in 9th. Bennett gone.
The Bull Shark Posted July 14, 2017 Posted July 14, 2017 Uran gave him a few words there for sticking on the back like a bumper sticker. Good. He needs to put his hand up. Yates is going to blow I think in the last week. Everytime with a long climb he is starting to lose pace, and then just manage to get back on the downhill. Meintjes must be patient.
