ARE you Fit & Healthy?

Going back to when in my Prime, Lol

Some people may have read this in the other Thread.

I am writing this for Cancer Awareness.

Here I thought I was following a Healthy lifestyle.

× Seldom having a drink

× Being a non smoker

× Following a Healthy diet

× My training program was not to Strenuous

Because of my Cycling, there were always opportunities for me to have a Medical check up done.

(Last Year November)

Yet a year later I received Heartbreaking news relating to Prostate Cancer.

With all the discomforts associated with Bladder, Colon and Prostate, life can still be Bearable.

For me it was a life changing moment.

Life is very Precious.

I may have been lucky.

Waiting for my next Check Up

REPEAT

I may be the lucky one.

Cancer Awareness

Go for a Check.

There are many success stories of people beating cancer and the biggest advantage is a strong positive mindset.

All the best.

The biggest advantage is early diagnosis - any changes to urinary stream strength or pain when urinating must be investigated asap- blood test every 2 years after 40 and regular manual exams too...

Men should take this seriously - it's really easily treatable with early diagnosis and a bustard if left alone a while to develop.

Dona search and you will see I repeat myself a lot on this one... a lot...

Agree. Goes without saying that early detection is best and going for checks immediately when something is not right.

Was really just speaking about the positive mindset with Cancer in general as an addiotnal to fight it once you have it.
