FWIW, I made a payment at 01:00 this morning and haven't received any confirmation from them yet.

I've had major problems ordering. Managed to get two seperate orders in but the one order isnt visible as pending nor did i get an email with a order number. But both orders have come off my credit card though. 

 

Ditto, no order confirmation, but payment reflected on Credit Card, sent two emails, no reply, Hopefully order has been processed !

Quite a few people are experiencing this issue due to extreme load on paygate payments.

Finally got to place an order and paid via EFT as paygate is also struggling with the load.

FWIW, I made a payment at 01:00 this morning and haven't received any confirmation from them yet.

 

Me neither but then again; all details around your order is on the web.

You can check it out under the Your Account section - will show all your orders, present and past. I ordered at 01:30 and mine currently shows "Processing"

 

If I remember correct from previous purchases, I also didn't get a confirmation by email, but could certainly see status on the webpage.

 

You will get an email when it is complete and then can track delivery with Dawnwing couriers by using the order number with prefix "cwc12345"
