Registration will be on a first come first served basis.Your entry is only guaranteed once full payment is received.All rider substitution after 31st of October 2016 will not be allowed change to apparel and the new rider will receive the order from the previous rider as is.Our online payment system is 3D secure please ensure when you pay with your credit card that you have the functionality to receive a one-time pin.Seeding will be done on fully paid entries by 1 December 2016 any new rider substitutions after this date will have to start in the previous participants seeded batch.Entries close when the 800 allocated places are sold out.Any rider changes will carry a R300 admin fee.There will be no substitutions after December 31st 2016.Entries requested to be carried over to 2018 will not be allowed.Please note that only fully paid entries received by October 31st 2016 will be guaranteed the correct sizing and gender of race apparel.No cancellation refunds will be allowed. I see nothing of not allowed to after 31st of December, it only states that you will not be allowed to make any apparel changes. All rider substitution after 31st of October 2016 will not be allowed change to apparel and the new rider will receive the order from the previous rider as is.Edit: Sorry missed the highlighted part

From the Organisers: Hi Thank you for your query. Substitutions will be allowed at registration only on Friday, 20 January 2017. You will need a letter/email from the person you’re taking over confirming that you can take over his/her entry, a copy of that persons ID and a R 300-00 substitution fee. You will have to take over that persons clothing size as well as the seeding position. Kind regards,
