Considering the options - my ideal would probably be to have the seller refund the cost of replacing the hub - the wheels seem good and i've already fitted brand new (expensive) tubbies... they just don't fit my bike! You only need to replace the freehub really (if an 11 speed one is available) - or get an engineering shop to machine it slightly depending on if your hub allows this or not - it's 1.8mm from memory, but google will show you pictures of what needs to be done - any reasonably competent engineering shop could do this... These are just fixes - clearly a full refund is appropriate - or at a very minimum payment for the fixes needed to get you to 11 speed.

The LABOUR for Carbon Wheel rebuild is R250 at the majority of the Bike Shops in the Southern Suburbs, with some of the, if not the best wheelbuilders around. If your spokes were replaced then it would make sense as spokes range from R12 to like R60 each, On a 20-24 hole wheel for new spokes plus labour, the pricing seems about right

Are you sure it only cost R250?also remember there is a labour/time factor in stripping down a wheel and then building up the wheel again .... essentially you are looking at doubling up of time.

If the paint crack deal falls through I'll start a thread about CWCycles not replying to my emails 10 minutes after I sent it....that'll take us through to Friday easily.
