Customshelp Posted June 15, 2017 Share Told you to use the local site with your international tracking number... it will tell you exactly where it is i have been trying this, on monday 12/06/17 my parcel "arrived in the country" so it had to be scanned in, right?tuesday 13/06/17 my item cleared customs and is en route to the delivery depot so my item has definitely been scanned on SA shores, yet my tracking number EK0xxxxxxxxDE does not show anywhere see attached tracking from DHL website Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
