dannygirl Posted March 16, 2018 Posted March 16, 2018 I bought the 1800 lumens one from you last week. That’s why I’m saying it scratches the top tube without the proper pouch for the battery pack. Also bought the 1800 lumens and would be interested in a pouch for the same reason...would otherwise have to try it out in my topeak top tube bag, but not sure it will sit snugly...

I was politely making a comment that your overinflation of “normal pricing” has become ridiculous to the point that you actually telling your customers you just ripping us off. Nobody sells XT pedals at R2200. No PM, no reply, you just delete. Customer feedback not important? Any yes, I’ve spent a lot of money at your business so I am a customer.

Spent a decent amount of money there .... then an item gets marked down R 3 000 the day after I buy ..... speaking to the guys in the shop about it got greeted by loud laughter. Next month yet another case where an items gets marked down significantly the day after I bought ... strike two. After strike three I have not spent any money at CWC. I watch the specials, then do a quick Google, most often I can find it cheaper elsewhere. When I need something in a hurry my local bike shop is consistently cheaper than the normal prices at CWC. You can fool some people some of the time. You cant fool all people all of the time.
