How's it ride... plunker????

Even though I haven't got the suspension dialed and the rear was to soft and so was the front. It's amazing. But those that past me on the ups soon heard my freehub all over them on the downs ,twisty bits & rocks .

It Climbs so well it's stupid actually. It wasn't the bike on the climbs it was me . Been slack lately and i paid for it on the climbs .

As soon as I have the suspension dialed it will be killer. Now to get some fitness back .

Just as a comparison I did the 1st trailseekers . Same distance just shy of 70km . And the I am only 2 min slower on the stumpy . With an average speed difference of only 0.2kph ... And I still stopped at the last watering point on Saturday coz I was knackered and stuffed my face with pancakes & doughnuts ????.... But difference is I had a such jol on the stumpy it made me grin .

Oh and all the climbing came near the end. According to start officials there was 900m of ascent .

The last climb seemed to never end . But the stumpy was faultless in the rocks climbing up.

Am well pleased with the outcome. Considered not doing the race on the he stumpy but it was the acid test . And it past with flying colour .
