My seeding is messed up. Racetec shows a No Data on my seeding index page. And all CC has done is seed me off my 2015 result. Anyone else had this issue?

I also had this issue, and what peeves me off, is that re-seedings are closed?

They have used last years result, where I had just come out of an 8 week layoff.

They ignored my Amashova and Emperors palace result?

 

This is not a reseeding request by me, where I need to pay on the day.

This is a correction of their error, and i'm going to insist they fix this at no charge!

Howzit guys...anyone still wondering how to get from KZN to the race?-I’m between flying and driving but have a bike rack and willing to drive up if anyone hasn’t booked flights yet...otherwise if anyone has space I’m also ok with being a passenger and contributing to costs.

Actually more concerned about the First Lap than the second one. Trying to hang onto guys like Kevin Benkinstein on the inclines is gonna be very stressful. If I can start the second lap in time I will take it as a jol like others have mentioned.

My first attempt as well and I have that same concern.

Agreed. I think most of the people attempting the Double has a decent amount of cycling in their legs and heads, thus if people fall off there should be others to work with. At worst you just wait for the A-batch riders, who start 10mins after the DL group, however it will probably be even more difficult to latch onto those wheels...

I emailed them. And they said if it is indeed an error. They will rectify it without charge at the dome when I pick up my number.

 

But I can't understand why racetec has me seeded with no data and a 0.00 seeding index. Like how has someone not picked up that this person is doing all these races but yet remains unseeded.

I'm guessing that racetec don't offer the human touch and their system is only as good as the spec and coders who wrote it?

Rode with them last year. the ride is very steady. good tempo and no attacks. 

 

i think the first lap finished around 2:47 or so

So bleak I can't ride this year anymore.

 

Had a not so gentle lie down just after the last water point on the 55km MTB race this weekend and have a broken wrist and cheekbone

 

No cycling for me for a few weeks

Only thing I'm dreading about the race is the part where I have to get up at 4am (and try not to wake the 10 month old and make myself very unpopular with the mrs) to miss the traffic from Pretoria... Not a morning person
