Hi all - 2bliss asked me to give a status update on Karmi.

 

First - there has been little positive progress and Karmi is struggling.

 

Second - Little Karmi will be going through the bronchoscopy procedure again tomorrow. This time two paediatric pulmonologists will attempt to pull it off. They are continuing to treat and test Karmi for all possible conditions and genetic problems but this is complicated by her current health status.

 

Third - 2bliss herself is not well and is currently hosptalised but is hanging in there but not in a position to respond to all the posts - I will try to keep you all updated as and when I can.

 

In the meantime please continue to keep Karmi and her family and friends in your thoughts- as well as 2bliss.

My daughter is in Potch , if we must organize anything to be delivered to 2bliss...... she will definitely help out. Just give a shout !!

I am thinking a nice bunch of flowers and some choccies will do, as a gesture of goodwill towards her and also to show Hub-love for her selfless caring regards to Karmi and her parents.

If we can get Help.Me. to lend a helping hand (ahem), and then we can get the deets from him / his daughter as to what is needed, and how much to donate to a central fund which he / his daughter can manage. I am in to buy a bunch of flowers at least.

Who will be in charge of the collections? I will tell my daughter if there is a list of goodies to go and buy it as well.

Also, I am thinking of Bunny's parents who must be at the end of their wits by now. What can we do to somehow ease their burden, in any possible way. Any suggestions?

Apart from unceasing prayer, can we do something tangible? V12, you seem to have some inside info / accessibility?

I am happy to drop some funds directly your way? Your daughter (is she is able/willing) can decide on what is appropriate, and get a nice bunch?

If she is willing, I vote to pay money to her, she goes shopping and delivers the goodies to 2bliss, and perhaps keeps the change for her trouble and expenses i.t.o. time / fuel etc?
