I came onto this thread this morning expecting to see its trilad or Evan up to no good again. OP, I don't mean to be funny here but why start a thread and then not tell us who it is? I mean come on, this is bike hub. What did you think would happen? We would all say ok shame you got shafted without lube and leave it at that. What you have done is put I toddler in a room with a packet of sweets and told it not to eat them. As a Dad to a 2 year old I know that the toddler will throw a massive tantrum until he gets the sweets you showed him.

If they feel it is a clear cut case of wrong doing, the culprit will be named as are the worst guys to deal with on the Hub are! This way buyers and sellers are treated equally in disputes.

Then I think and realise I would not be able to sleep at night knowing I deliberately shafted someone. I also wouldn't be able to sleep knowing my dog stole my steak before I could even braai it. LOL in my house the lightie just gives it to the dogs, they have an alliance going on.

It was pretty sarcastic, I do genuinely believe in due process, one just get frustrated with having to hear that "baddies and goodies" have the same rights.... The main drive in opinion should not be about "blood", what are we actually going to do? Not much. I would like to know who it is for 2 reasons. 1. The seller has a right to respond to these accusations. 2. If would like to know who to avoid when doing BikeHub transactions. If the Admin ban him, and he is guilty of this type of fraud, he will simply come back under a different Hub handle. Thats it, nothing else.

Protect other Buyers in dealing with this Seller while the so-called due process is underway #tribunal

He stole pictures of the internet to give the buyer a false idea of what he is buying. He refuses to rectify the situation. What more do we need?
