Schnavel Posted March 25, 2019 Posted March 25, 2019 I heard they're as stiff as an overcooked noodle. Reviews are terrible. Besides looks, I know of no reason to get this fork. Each to their own. I have ridden a reba, sid and RS1 and the RS1 is much better *In my opinion*. I also know a lot of other people that share that opinion. I love my RS1, and won't be changing fork anytime soon...

Go for the step cast if you are 100% convinced on 120mm of travel, otherwise the nornal 34. I've had it on a Stumpy (150mm) - too much travel for that fork - it flexes. Had it at 110mm, and 130mm on my XC bike - performs utterly brilliantly. If you are a heavier XC rider that does not worry too much about every gram on the bike then in my opinion there is no better option on the market.

This was such a massive internet crazeHmmm 2013 was my post grad studies year - so yeah, either burried in a book or at wine farm's bar (serving drinks, not consuming them unfortunately) lol. The student budget also meant internet was one of the first things to fall away when money was tight
