Jagwire Cable Outers

So I've exhausted my google-fu and couldn't find a topic covering this.

 

Does anyone know where I can get some Jagwire LEX-SL cable outers in South Africa? Specifically looking for them in orange. I've found it online at bike-discount.de but the shipping costs the same as the product.

I have damaged my front gear cable, which is currently Jagwire. 

Any recommendations as to what brand is better than Jagwire (although I have never had an issue with Jagwire over the years)?

 

How do they compare to shimano or the lyne in the previous post. 

I dont see Jagwire cables on any of my usual local online stores.

Shimano offer 2 types of cable housing - a cheaper version, and a polycoat version for xtr. The more expensive one if well worth the cash and comparable with Jagwire.
