Even if they loose just a few seconds up the final climb of the hilly stages, they will still have enough time.Pretty sure Jumbo Vlisma is happy to have lost pink.
Jewbacca Posted May 17, 2019 Posted May 17, 2019 I have a feeling things will start looking a bit more 'normal' after the TT on Sunday. With stage 10 and 11 being pancake flat nothing much 'should' happen, but the real mettle will be tested from stage 12. The GC guys should have re asserted themselves by the end of stage 16...... (13, 14 and 16 will do some separating)

Vetplant Posted May 17, 2019 Posted May 17, 2019 De Gendt drops out of the breakaway. Probably not too confident he can take the win from this strong group or the gap back to the peloton is not big enough. Either way, we will see him again in a break somewhere soon...
