Well I finally got a response this morning saying the money will be paid in today. I’m thinking positive thoughts.

Seems he maybe finally got some money in from selling car parts so now he can pay you back!!

 

My question is though, where is the part you initially paid for?? Why is he refunding and not giving you the item which was initially advertised??

 

Whitey.E perhaps provide us with name of said friend as if he was operating with your login, perhaps a hubber who has maybe been interested in 1 of the items advertised on "not your" account can confirm they dealt with someone else and not you??

Personally this new event posted by Andrew.Mo makes me believe that the 1st incident was also no mistake, the item was never left by anybody else to post and then posted to the wrong person, there was never a holiday, it's all BS to cover up his dishonest ways!! Prove me wrong with evidence and I'll retract my statement, But I'm sticking with the opinion that this is not the 1st time nor even 2nd and wouldn't be the last time if this wasn't made into the "big deal" it has been made into!!

Looks like another scammer is going to walk away scott free after causing much consternation and wasting significant amounts of people's time.

 

Scammers couldn't care less and they love the dynamic, make the buyer and half of bikehub do cartwheels for a week or 2 then "come clean" when the heat gets a bit much, grudgingly pay back the money and then its time to rinse and repeat.
