Ben rode into a someone that decided to take a nap on the climb

So frustrating I'm sure I wouldve made the break of the day, not sure how long I would've lasted though.

So why'd you decide to take a nap instead?

Hahaha I wish it was me but unfortunately I was caught out behind, I guess bad positioning on my side when we took the right hand turn to start the climb.

For that N7 climb doing 30.2km/h into the headwind following an attack doing stupid Watts for 5 minutes while sitting slip I was also thinking "choo-choo" !!! 🚅

I was also behind the crash when it happened, but easily swerved around it, to be honest at that point there was already a gap that I didn't have the legs to close (my avg power on that climb was shocking 😭). And I was really confident that nothing was going to stick with so much headwind coming up so just decided to keep going with whatever pace I had and help the chase to catch them later when my legs finally decide to wake up...

Lesson learnt, now to recover for the next one 😅

so was this event sanctioned or not and if not was the man in the black CSA coat  and hockey mask knocked on your door yet to trim your license with is sickle?

Funny you ask that, I was looking for that post I saw on FB recently about an event not being sanctionned and anyone who entered facing a potential ban.. can't find which it is... I wanted to enter Origin of Trails but can't see it on the CSA calendar...
