Friend is in CT. Flew in today with his bike but.. needs an allan key to get his pedals fitted.

 

Anyone in Greenpoint area who can assist somehow and just let him sort his pedals quick ?

Sorry should have been more clear. He's leaving tomorrow night so wanted to cycle in the early am. Unfortunately when he finally got to unpack his bike most shops were closed.

Ah okay. Makes sense. I'd just knock on some neighbours doors if I was you. Alternative is to jam a 3+5mm allen keys in there together if you can. Also works well and had gotten me out of a jam before.

TBH I would rather not ride than do that. Middle of now where bush fix kinda thing then ja sure but when it's just to go for a lekker coffee ride on the promenade, I would rather just walk.

if you have three 5mm lying around but no 8mm then you need to tidy up your garage.

 

you can also sommer use the head of the right size bolt.

 

 

but ja. slip them in by hand is hopefully what he did
