Trek Emonda SL 5 or Cannondale Syanapse.

I like long rides and climbs. 

My previous bike was a 2011 Trek Emonda H2 fit. 

I like the Evo but it looks painful for long rides over 100km.

Personal experience is that cannondale has never been the best build - in terms of frame quality.

If you are looking at a more comfort orientated type of frame, shouldn't you be comparing the Trek Domane to the Synapse?

 

The Domane is Trek's comfort bike.

Which models are you comparing and what's your budget ?

 

I currently ride the Emonda SL 6 and really like it. I have not ridden any Cannondales, so cannot compare.

A proper bike set-up is important to get the best that that bike intends.

Comfort and performance - there is no reason you cant have both from the Evo
