5 days, 3 wins, remarkable.

GC powder staying dry, tomorrow will be helluva interesting before rest day 2.

Bleak Nizzolo abandoned. That's their (other) ace card gone.

Another win for the breakaway hey? Trend continues

was such a lovely stage and I'm thrilled TQA won. Campenaerts is a sound-bite of note.

early days yet, but hopefully this garners some nice big sponsors that believe they can build a nice squad for the coming years. hopefully...

I always thought it was an old-school italian hand gesture to ward off evil. I'm not italian but I do like music trivia. The way I understood it, the singer Ronnie James Dio (who is of italian heritage) used to do it at concerts because he saw his Sicilian grandmother do it to protect him from evil. Because he sung in metal bands (and was in black sabbath at the time) the bible belt conservatives did what they always do and said it was satanic and the sign of the devil, despite the fact that it means the opposite.

I thought it was lekka kiff

Unfortunately not guys. In current day Italy, if you do that sign to someone, it means that his wife is being unfaithful to him.

This is hardly a compliment.

So , if you do this to an italian, make sure he is your friend, and understands your gesture ????

Of course the gesture we see also has a "cool" significance, like how we use it in SA, and probably the music industry.
