J Wakefield Posted December 19, 2023 Share Jonas will win the Tour again in 2024 baring injury or illness. TheoG and DJuice
dexterdent Posted December 19, 2023 Share I fear John is correct, one superhuman guy with a pure focus on the tour and a great team will be VERY hard to beat. But jeez, with that team UAE will certainly not make it boring. Vetplant

But sitting in 2nd, ready to pounce if anything happens to Jonas, is a great place to be. Stuff happens at the Tour all the time, and UAE will try their darndest to make the most of any opportunity presented to them

That sounds like that's that then... back to the Sky train days... none of which sound terribly exciting to me really.

I would not mind that but hopefully, Pog, Rog, Jonas, Remco and maybe Sepp also. will be all in the mix, that would give us some awesome racing !!! It's always a tough final week but the last three stages are mountain x 2 and hilly ITT, JV will want to have him 10 minutes up by then. He was so far ahead of everyone this year, the only real unkown is how Roglic goes in a new team. Vetplant
