trust you are all well,

Can you recommend a quality and experienced person who can do bike setup for me,

Im having some issues with my hands going numb  and sore elbows(previous injury) while riding

I’ve used Set It Up before, highly recommend Marcel, he operates out of the Lynnwood Cyclery Specialized store. Sorted out my mtb and road bikes for me. Solved issues with my feet and hands.

I've done bike setup for all 5 of my bicycles but I do turn to have a numb right hand and what seem to help is weight lifting and also do some total body exercises like pushups and so on. So a bike set up might not be a magic pill to some of the problems.
