since the bernal incident, then Juan's accident at the winelands race, every morning when I go out I have that thought in mind that I must make sure this isn't my last ride... Not a great feeling...

Saw the IPID case report, from what I gather it may have been some poor oke commuting to his place of work and they've yet to establish his ID.
