Last year day 3 was 12km longer 😉

Wasn’t that because of the switch back route including sections that are not in the standard route?

A little disappointed in the goodie bag for this event 😅

Waterbottle, cycling jersey and a cap?…

Jackets will be couriered after the event; the port strike wasn't kind :(

I did hear that.

Going to be an expensive exercise for them to courier door2door country wide.

Was more hoping for a tog bag this year.

I have no sympathy. They could have chosen a locally made garment. But that would have cost more up front. But alas.

Usually it is Tog Bag one year, followed by Jersey the next. I don't know if it still follows that pattern.

Man looks amazing, how technical is W2W ? Only ever done Sani2C (awesome) and the Sabie Classic (terrible)

I see 2023 is the Switchback again.

We are planning on doing this in 2023. Never done it before.

For the guys who have done both before, which one do you prefer ?

Switchback still about the same elevation gain ? Same amount of fast single track ? Technical ?
