Those that did request a reseed, how long did it take for them to send confirmation

A few hours, submitted early the morning at got it later the same day.  The strange thing is, they sent the reseed info to my wife's phone, I don't remember even entering her number ... 🙈

Probably because you listed her number as an emergency on Howler and they copied it across from the wrong column on a spreadsheet

My wife's reseed information came through on my phone and My reseed information came on my son's number(he was listed as my emergency contact)

If they did a better job initially there would be far less re-seeding requests .... 🤦‍♂️

Sorry but that's just piss poor !!!!  How difficult is it to use the actual contact and not your emergency contact .... ☹️

I applied on Wednesday night, and still waiting for a response. They even got me second guessing myself if I actually submitted it.

A friend just got two messages, one for D and another for A. Now he just needs another H and D.

I think I have an opposite problem. They seeded me in what I would consider a "sporting" batch for my first one. I’ve only done the Monte Casino and CTCT this year. I’m seeded in D. 
 

I train a lot to back myself but looking around it seems unfair towards some of you.

Exactly the same happened to me. Wife got the re seeding message after a few hours

You can always move back a group or two, but you can’t move forward.

If you want a sub-3, and feel you can do it, then D is a good enough group to achieve that. But you need to be at the front of the group before it splits.

Hahahaa - maybe the organizers are sending the new info to your better halves for a reason.... that way you cant talk sh!t to her by saying you started late and therefore finished late - all to stop you having more beers with your mates after the race

Received a new c-ding, and also a blue BIB instead of red. I've done 2 more events than what they claim I've done (including 2022). Might be a sign I take this event too c-rious, so will c how things go on the day.

I will C you in C, for about 1 minute into the race and then I will C you disappear ahead of me.

 

This event also has me at 1 less than I've done as there was 1 year where a different timing company timed the event and other than the medal and some photos there seems to be no other evidence that I did the race that year.

Has everybody that entered receive their seeding? This will be my first ride but I have not received my seeding.
