I need to replace bearings and spindle on the above Garmin peddles, any idea where I can get spares from?

I haven't had the best results with them actually replying to queries, but YMMV.

MTB pedals encounter rocks at pace pretty often. Definitely wouldn't consider putting a 20k pair on my bike.

I get that but darn I I have a set of Time ATACs that I bought in 2010 and they’re still going !! Original axles and bearings too

Agreed!

Luckily I don’t ride at pace often (on the MTB), but man alive, either my suspension is too soft, cranks too long or I attract every rock on the route; or all of it.🤔😊
