Wishbone Ash's Thrown Down the Sword (1972) does have a bit of a sound that reminds me of SA, specifically a Durban band Arapaho's Wicked Wonder (1995)

I had a blonde moment and  thought  oh interesting there is a  different version but then realised that  I was getting  mixed up with Nobody's Heroes  by Stiff Little Fingers, one song I always enjoy.  Well actually pretty much like most of SLF stuff.
