The guy is a "brand ambassador" for goodness sake. He's on the Whasp website. Pornstar has been an outspoken critic of littering in the past. He even introduced an anti-littering initiative. Even if Magoo's empty sachet really did "just fall out" of his pocket, he needs to be taken to task for suggesting that littering is a trivial matter, issuing veiled threats on the hub and generally behaving in a manner unbecoming of an ambassador. For something to fall out of your pocket when you take your hand out is very easy and feasible. For it to look like it has been thrown down to somebody is also very feasible. I've lost unopened gels when I put something in my pocket and taking my hand out. Since he is presumably not a paid employee his sponsor does not have to publicly comment on the issue. He can address it privately which is the right thing to do. For magoo not to enter into a senseless debate is also a wise decision on his part. That way people would have been okay with the whole thing and it woulnt have fanned the fire like insulting people would. but he didnt apologise and thats why I have just read 20 pages to see what everyone thought! I'm not saying who's right and who's wrong. I did not see it happen so I cannot judge. If it's true he is a prick. If it is not then it's a case of mistaken guilt. But you cannot seriously think that somebody should apologize for something when he does not think he did wrong? And yes I have been know for getting out of the car to pick up litter and hand it back to the offender so I'm not trying to defend anybody but this is turning into a joke. Johan is a person who would never act on an assumption. I believe that Johan knows what he saw and posted the truth. On the other hand the response from the accused was not exactly convincing but merely threatening and playing down littering as being a trivial matter.
