Seems a bit gimicky, interesting stuff though. Convergence seems to be the new buzzword, still not sure if it's good idea.

Imagine wearing your schmaltzy new HRM and checking your messages on your phone when the bill comes through.

The HRM would short....

It sould make the microphone volume go up as your Heartrate goes up so that you can hear a person on the phone as you breathe.

I wonder who its Targeted at? Is it a Gimmick ? or actually usefull.

I have Gps software on my HTC Diamond but its so much harder to use then my Garmin, so I just dont bother. (Its special softwere that you can actually get gradient graphs and maps from, not just city driving GPS)

Its cool! I like. Phones already have GPS, One just need to load software.

Definately wirth taking on summer roadrides. I might skip when It gets wet.

Nokia is busy implementing a new bluetooth standard on the new phones. This is great as it means that in the future bluetooth enabled devices will be more versatile, the short term it means no benefit until you get the new technology.

But even my E65's bluetooth allows me to do geo tagging with a blue tooth enabled GPS device. Concept is great but since I do not own a GPS, never tried it.

I like the idea of integration. Although I am highly peeved with Sportstracker for boming and loosing some of my best rides this year, the whole 1 that I have uploaded (yesterday's ride) makes me appreciate the value of having something that can do what it does. I am actually looking forward to having my phone with me tomorrow on my rural ride as it is A a safety device that I can track where I was and my family can track me if I get lost.

I have 40 rides logged on my Sportstracker site. I have also experimented with it on hikes and car navigation....

It's just so way cool! Easy to use and I can't wait for the N79 to arrive locally! Only thing I hope they have sorted is battery life!!! Lasts about four hours so I obviously didn't log my entire Argus....!

I have a nokia N79 (without the HRM strap) and use sportstracker. It is awesome. It gives you so much information back. I am definitely gonna look at getting the HRM strap for it.
