How much do You make?

Ok so I am sure there are others who can compare :-

2 cyclists in the house (MTB, road and TT).

Keep the existing ones going (tyres, chains, lube, tubes etc. etc. etc.)

An upgrade now and then (for both of us, more frequent than I can afford)

Entries and accom sometimes (always for 2!)

Gels, energy bars, recovery drinks etc.

And just to make it a little more interesting, Little Ben is also a 'league' paintballer. Think golf is expensive, try a paintball comp sometime!

So ja as others have said, how much is enough? Just a little (OK lots!) more would help!

As Simply Red sings - Moneys to tight to mention.

seriously though - I come out comfortably at the end of the month. And I'm underpaid for what I'm doing. But then again, I spend more time at home than many people who work(and train for that matter). Don't know whether I should laugh or cry about it.

Not too many willing to pull down their pants here and whip the little fella out for an apprasial.....

The average fun rider would own typicaly.....

Assos shorts  (a must) R1000

Bike(road) average R10-12000

Helmet (Necessary) R1000

Accessories (Necessary) R 3000

Car valued at R200k - loking around the car park!

By simple maths..... average Guy makes 200k?

When I first started cycling I was amazed to see guys arriving in old cars and then hauling out really expensives bikes and visa versa. It just depends on the individual's passion for the sport and their priorities in life.

When i first started working the sound system in my car cost 4 times what the car cost me. It was more important to me to be heard than seen.
