Keep the existing ones going (tyres, chains, lube, tubes etc. etc. etc.)An upgrade now and then (for both of us, more frequent than I can afford)Entries and accom sometimes (always for 2!)Gels, energy bars, recovery drinks etc. And just to make it a little more interesting, Little Ben is also a 'league' paintballer. Think golf is expensive, try a paintball comp sometime! So ja as others have said, how much is enough? Just a little (OK lots!) more would help! But then again, I spend more time at home than many people who work(and train for that matter). Don't know whether I should laugh or cry about it. I FLY Posted August 15, 2007 Share When I first started cycling I was amazed to see guys arriving in old cars and then hauling out really expensives bikes and visa versa. It just depends on the individual's passion for the sport and their priorities in life. When i first started working the sound system in my car cost 4 times what the car cost me.
