Eheheh, thanks :)

These pics were taken right after I built it, I've done a bit of work on it since (trimmed the steerer & brake lines, Hope FR Stem & Saint Pedals). I'll take some better pics & post ....

If only it was a small

Okay so now its time for the next project and thus I require a small or xsmall SS specific frame.

Order of preference:

  • Pink;
  • Black; and
  • White

Have already spent countless hours checking out the On-One Inbred SS specific frame and if I do not manage to source a frame in Pink or Black I am going to pull the trigger on this one.

Gary fisher carbon ss specific bike with niner fork ?

size 15"

NICE!!!! Thanks for the link Raab...and can only echo the review....extremely pleased with my VerHauen....Everything I wanted in a bike. Although I have a couple of bikes hanging in my garage, I always find myself picking it first, so the others are just gathering dust. Also Tom aka Vassago's owner is a top class guy, deals with you directly and a rider himself so he knows which boxes to tick when building a bike. He even checks in with you every now and again to see if the bike is still everything you thought it would be...small company service :thumbup:

Front wheel done. Got the hub yesterday.

post-2975-0-70561000-1385209315_thumb.jpg

Then the build got underway. Shimano rear hub(for now), Superstar front hub, and Rapidè rims. Fox 120 OD fork, which meant that my Nukeproof headset won't work, so I'm waiting for one from my LBS. OD 90mm stem, I think I need a shorter one. Hussefelt bars with Momsen bar-ends. Shimano cable brakes on the front until I can make an DM to ISO converter for my hopes. Hayes back brakes. SLX cranks with a 36 ring. Fire-eye chain tensioner and spacer kit. And a Paul chain keeper, because the bike will also be used as a 1x9. Kenda Karma front, Slant6 rear tyres.

they seem light and are well made. Thanks re the adapter. I'll ask my lbs to find one for me.

Quality I'll only know after a while
