My intension is not to offend anyone, but I think this need to be said once in a while.

We hear a lot about all the successfull weightloss stories and that's supper awesome. It takes hard work and determination.

But I'd like to congratulate the guys who stayed healthy throughout and after varsity/school and for being consistent in keeping healthy and fit all this time.

How about a few weight gain stories?

I couldn't put on a few Kgs if my life depended on it!

Had a mate like that. He used to pig out on bananas and half a loaf at a time. Couldn't pick up a gram to save his life! Bastard is nearly forty now and still skinny as a rake. No way I'm congratulating him for eating all those pizzas in front of me while I was starving!

I try very hard not to gain weight, But after a hard training session I drink my recovery shake and eat my food, but after I did that I’m still hungry and thirsty then I start eating till the hunger goes away, So I just ate all I have lost during training. (Back to square one)

Leaving school is the problem.

Stay in school and let your mom and dad make your sarmies for life and stay slim.

I gained 15 -20 kilos (gained three again now :(, then lost them again when I started cycling. I was lighter during the Giro than I was in std 8!

Thumper could start a thread on the contents of his lunch box. He could call it something like "UN food supply for a small african village"
