That's cool BigBen, PM away, the only reason I don't put a Carbon Fiber saddle on the Mtb is cuz I still fall of it every now and again and the All Carbon Saddles chips when you not carefull.

I have ridden an SLR for 2 years now... started out with the standard SLR (135g) and it took about 2 weeks for me to adapt to it and after that I barely had any issues... and I did a lot of training and racing on that saddle.

Then I crashed into a car and broke it, and had no choice but to change to a SLR XP (165g) and the extra padding didn't agree with me... never got used to it and eventually managed to get my hands on a SLR Carbonio (120g i think). I have ridden that since march and had no issues what so ever...

If you prepared to get used to the saddle I really rate these saddles... that said I know a lot of people who ride Ariones and they all love them... think it just comes down to whether your a hard ass or not Big%20smile

Hmm mine started making creaking noises this morning. Looks like one of the rails is slightly loose. Back to the shop it goes, hope they can sort it out for me.
