I just redid the pdf and formatted it a bit better, it is down to 10 pages now so more readable.

There are no points for cycling offences. Where did you see points?

It appears as if the hubbers who claim to never break laws are not currently logged on. If they were I am sure the second option would have votes by now.

Whats the point if no traffic official will ever enforce these laws. Hell when i was 8 and i skipped a red light on my BMX I got a R50 fine and my ass whipped by my dad, thats like double jeopardy.

The point is that some hubbers say it is wrong to break any law or to try and interpret it differently (as in have a light instead of a reflector). I am waiting for these hubbers to speak up and tell us they don't break any laws. So far they are very quiet.

There is a general rule that requires no driver operate a vehicle under the influence, whether tin can or pedal cycle.
