Word of encouragement for all the okes picking up some weight - especially if you've hit the gym last week for the first time in a while, it is expected that you will gain some weight initially as your muscles retain some water during the exercise.

 

Keep at it, the kgs will start melting soon!

88km for me, had 3 days of braai and dessert. Gonna hit the veggies and chicken breasts hard this week! (i like the breast)

74.9 is still too heavy, I suffered on the last hill at Suikerbosrand. 69kg here we come, 5kg to go :clap: :clap:

 

You think you suffered? I have walked at least 3 times on THAT hill everytime I have been there
