DaLoCo Posted February 28, 2011 Posted February 28, 2011 97kg , 5kg in a week is bit too fast to be healthy though Probably depends on whether you had starved yourself. If you had eaten healthy and lost it it might be normal, but if the same trend continues you would need to see a doctor. I lost 6 kgs in a week, but it coincided with me starting to train again and getting on a detox diet for 10 days. Now I lose about 1 kg per week.
Richard the Lion Heart Posted February 28, 2011 Posted February 28, 2011 99kg I have finally broken 100
Dirt De Vil Posted February 28, 2011 Posted February 28, 2011 I did cut down on the portion sizes. However I did start to include running into my training from last week. Will see how it goes.
