And all those that worry about warrety issues. A pair of Time pedals I baught mid last year. Well the one pedal broke during this holiday. I emailed them, and they asked me to send them the pedals. A week later I recieved brand spanking new ones. No questions asked. They are truely worthy of a rant.

Or should I say rave?

Agreed!

CWC have always been extremely helpful and quick in my dealings with them.

I also enjoy their humanitarian efforts helping out in the community. Nicely done guys!

Agreed - I always check CWC before buying anything from CRC and often they are the same or even better. Plus, I simply phone them, order, and then collect my goodies from the shop. No fuss, no waiting, and if I don't like it, I simply don't take it or get something else. Plus, they're friendly and their service is good.

Chris is awesome but I would like to see a cheaper delivery option for those cheaper deals.

Unfortunately if you want overnight you would have to pay the courier what ever they charge over night....so that is out of Chris's hands, if you want a cheaper deal wait 3-4 days and pay the R20 to SAPO...even a speed services bag is already at R55+ so the rather wait then for a larger order or go collect directly at them on a Saturday?

I would just like the option of counter 2 counter economy mail with insurance. Its not that expensive and makes a difference. I regularly post items via SAPO and know the costs.

One thing to be spending a couple of K vs wanting a R200 item that once delivery is added I could just as well supported my LBS.

yes counter to counter for insured....wait +/- 3days? Im sure if you dont mind waiting chris can work something out? Will ruien the overnight policy tho and you will save R20? as a registered mail is already more expensve + the insurance...
