Ingo Posted February 3, 2011 Posted February 3, 2011 I also tried it and it didn't work for me. The documentation did say you get a 3% increase in something but I need a 30% boost.

I have been following a training programme and According to me I am reletavely fit but when I saw this I thought this might give you that little bit additional .But looks like as normal there is no magic in a can you just have to train/work harder.
