  1. Past hour
  2. He already losing watts with the cables exposed. Now you want him to add weight as well šŸ˜
  3. to be fair a bit of logic applied from looking at the photos photos would have saved the OP a lot of disappointment
  4. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1x8Fe4sNq4YhlIrhGA72miN9EW91O8J3t?usp=drive_link Race Photos, remember to give photo credits to photographers
  5. So I guess the OP was asking for FULL internal cable routing whereas the advice given spoke to partial internal cable routing. either way I’d rather take the partial internal routing anyday for easy of maintenance. Currently still enjoying this with my Mtb as I do t have to remove the brakes and fork everytime I service the headset top bearing
  6. To the OP once you've calmed down consider that you also have the option to run a Redshift or Vecnum stem with your current setup in addition to the headset maintenance access. As Michael S tried to investigate above the devil is in the details of the frame and fork internal cable guides and whether they can be accessed from the headset.
  7. how does the steam time compare to the Breville? Is there a delay between doing the espresso and being able steam? I currently have a Breville, great machine but the steam wand takes forever, I am a bit spoilt as I have Wegas at work.
  8. Extra 0.5 watttttttsssssss šŸ˜›
  9. It does seem like the fork on the empire is different as there is not a cable port visible from what I can see on the empire's fork (unlike on the frame where the plug is visible in the downtube). This COULD mean that there is no hole in the steerer on the pro one to feed the cable into inside the headset if it is this style of routing: This can be overcome with a top fed system though.
  10. Today
  11. Miss-communication of Titan-ic proportions I reckon..... 🄁
  12. He will be stoned by a mob of bicycle mechanics....
  13. The empire model above this has full internal routing through the headset by the looks of things. (just looked on a website of a certain bike shop) so don't quote me on this. If that is the case i am sure the Pro model's fork is already cut to do the same???
  14. Morning. Evert, our coastal sales rep, is busy with this. We'll dig out the info to figure out where the comms went wrong. For Le Hub, we're on it and will update accordingly.
  15. Being unhappy with a purchase because it or the advice you received doesn't match your expectations, I get. Selling that bike, ok, sure. But to sell the bike that you admit you "absolutely love", just because it has the same brand name on it? A little bit "Cutting off your nose to spite your face", don't you think? And to be "absolutely disgusted" - a bit social media hysteria level there. Putting your hand in poo, disgusting. Theft of critical infrastructure during widespread power outages, disgusting. Not getting exactly what you wanted and paid for? Very annoying, yes, but disgusting?
  16. Simple solution is to just fit wireless Bluetooth brakes šŸ™ƒ
  17. Hey, it has been a massive upgrade over my old Breville, much more consistent, the grinder did take some fiddling with because the grind wasnt fine enough even on the finest setting out the box, but I pulled it apart and set the burrs closer together, and while I was at it I shimmed them to run straighter, and since then, it has been great, it is a little noisy, but not too bad, and it does take a fairly ling time grinding pre dosed grinds, around 40 seconds, I am sure if I just filled the hopper and used the timer it would be way quicker, but I like being pedantic and weighing out my beans for every cup....
  18. I had no idea people were so passionate about internal cable routing, wow 😲
  19. oh ja. I can't see a reason why this couldn't be done. In the same breadth beyond the clean look I can't see that being reason enough to really want such an impractical setup. so @Nielv1 do you feel a bit better now that you got this one off your chest? please let us know when the bargain bikes are hitting the classifieds section.
  20. Keen to hear how that machine is treating you, the adverts have been very tempting.
  21. is the dealer who said it can't be done going to be named?
  22. Last time I checked the title of this thread was something in the line of Best bib shorts for short women? Nee man ouens ....................... 😚
  23. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the OP was actually talking about these cables. Seems like both sides might be miscommunicating a bit.
  24. Please do not go the training wheel route, rather start her off on a balance bike! Those bikes can move and give the freedom, you want your daughter to experience. The boys still have their balance bikes and race each other and you can always pass them on. We started off on 16 inch single speed, rigid fork without training wheels and all three boys moved to 20inch around 5 1/2 - 6 year old. My sisters son he is 6 and moving to a 24inch. On tar the balance wheels will hold her back, the sound they make will put her off. Riding on the grass a not possible. I promise you the balance she will get within minutes, 3 runs of 100-150m. The difficult part is to learn them how to stop safely. There after the most difficult part is being a parent, being scared on behalf of you daughter, not wanting them to fall, get hurt... Mentioned before, but we place a colourful sticker on the handlebar where the back brake is.
  25. I bought the 20" for my girl's 6th birthday and ended up giving it a few months early while she was still 5 because the 16" was just to small and she is about average height for her grade.
  26. So you phoned a guy and asked if the Carbon Pro has internal routing https://titanracingbikes.com/bikes/switch-gen2-pro/ Looks like it does. So you might have a different model? beyond that, obviously you've paid your money, but your tone and attempt to illicit an online response by tagging the company is such a Karen move. maybe it works for you,
