Hi all, I tested positive this morning. Post nasal drip and groggy voice are the only 2 symptoms. do I rest completely for the week or could I do cardio and or Zone1/Zone2 on the idt? according to Apple no increase in HR and HRV is still improving.

You can fix it on Strava, select edit ride then select adjust elevation. it will update the elevation to the actual height of the climb according to GPS. *attachment

Log a ticket with Garmin. they will send you confirmation email with repair/incident number that needs to be on the package. The email will include the address and information/details required.
