When she was in her 1st years as elite racing. She would claim u/23 titles for SA's in tt and road and other races as well, which she would hand in for the province so that she gets provincial colours and even be awarded the best female cyclist. Now i didn't know there is a womans u/23 age catagorie. Or is different rules allocated to her for each event.

It is a bit short distances, but start race from the gun for the change and not chi chat for the 1st hour of the race and wait for things to happen. The last SA's that was in PE and Pretoria was one massive joy ride for the long distance groups in all there first number of laps. Same was it for Welkom.

They are about 30km from the finish with a relative large break at the front 46 sec ahead and Cancellara crossed to the break and is pacing them now.

Cool race guys. Except for the organising part. We helped andreT a bit back to the bunch and tried to help others that had mechanical problems as well. Crux cool support vechile. Just fix your team name on the sides.

Depends, there is ways you can modify it so that the gears can work, but you will have always problems when you use other wheels. I did it years back in the days when i had 8 speed with a 9 speed cassette. I recomend that you rather get the same cassette or other group sets.
